we showcase quality me-time providers of both services and products, through informative workshops, speakers, demonstrations and displays. Our Expo is over a whole weekend to ensure you are able to take some time for yourself. upcoming in October 2009. More info * Ladies' Escape : we help women bond and strengthen friendships through unique group pamper sessions. 3 hours of fun, mingling, and loads of pampering!!! upcoming on the 19th June 2009. More info * Natural Health Seminar: general informative presentation with information we should all have learnt at school, it is that useful. By looking at the inside, we can ensure a happier outside who will enjoy more Me-time.. More Info.
